Required Documents

1. Copy of your driver’s license


2. Copy of your birth certificate


3. Copy of your high school diploma (or GED certificate)


4. Official COMPASS scores, or (if applicable)

    (Passing scores are: Reading 70, Writing 32, and Math 0)


    Official ACCUPLACER scores:

    (Passing scores are: Reading 55 and Sentence Structure 60)


5. Copy of any college transcripts


6. Copy of your DD214, Member 4 Copy (if you have prior military service)


7. Copy of your Social Security Card.


8. Copy of your POST Factsheet (if currently certified by POST)

If you missed anything or were unable to attach your documents to the online application, you can submit the remainder of your documents directly by emailing them to Human Resources and putting "Cordele PD Applicant Required Docs" in the Subject Line.
